Many insurance do not require a referral and allow you to be seen Direct Access for 30 days. 

Direct Access allows you to be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days without a referral. After 30 days, South Carolina Law would require a signed referral to continue with therapy. 

We are in network with most commercial insurance plans and Medicare. It is best to always check with your insurance carrier before starting with physical therapy. 

The Initial Evaluation is your first appointment where the Physical Therapist will talk with you, one-on-one about your goals of therapy and will create a specific plan of care to fit your needs. 

Each appointment will be about 30 minutes to an hour long depending on your plan of care.
